To shrug off personal stresses always keep in mind that one must never bring that in their work place. Always leave behind personal related stress at home, never let it affect your work and performance. If it does at some point then take a break and deal with it. The sooner the problem is fixed the sooner you can get back to work. If however it is work related, then deal with it at once.
